Mamma's Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Pilfer Luna Bars

I know this borders on meanness, but most of it just came to my mind. I really just intend it as a public service announcement. I truly believe in the continued success and worth of all children.

Based on the song, Mamma’s Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up to be Cowboys

Some kids aint easy to love and they’re harder to hold
They run water in the bathtub while they’re looking for treasures of gold
Sex machine t-shirts and matching brown shorts
And copious 10 packs of candy bars a day
Some try to understand and try to lend a hand
But end up just feeling dismayed

Mamma’s don’t your babies grow up to pilfer Luna Bars
Don’t let em stay indoors and sit on their butts
Let em join team sports and 4-H and such
Mamma’s don’t let your babies grow up to pilfer Luna Bars
Just sitting at home, they’ll feel all alone
And where will they look for love?

Some kids love ransacking rooms and oatmeal in the mornings
Little warm babies may frown at them in the night
Messing up paint bread rarely happens
And them that do you sometimes don’t know how to take them
You try to think, they’re just different, and the home won’t let them
Do things that make you think they’re right

Chorus

Other news and notes:
Our fall softball team lost its' first game last night to Winner’s Choice after we recruited random fake Shawn and random real John to have enough to field a full team. (Allison was out due to a medication debacle and several from our team were off bsing.) We were also happy to have Frankfort alumnea, Tessa Forbeck and Kayla Kesner. Our recruits were solid and Jess hit one over the fence. However, Winner’s Choice had some astonishing defense and sadly ours did not match. We look forward to playing again tonight, with more success.

Fantasy Football is maddening! I am actually staying up well past my bedtime to cheer for my guys. Sadly, the criminals had an extremely rough week but I still believe in them. I know that deep down inside they have the strength to overcome adversity. My benchers tore it up this week so maybe with some strategy and their continued success things will turn around.

It's a good thing you put that disclaimer at the top or you could end up being misunderstood.
