Mad props to Allison for procuring a jello no-bake cheesecake mix and making it for Eric for Valentine's Day. As demonstrated by the question I received in an email, ("Do you know what a Tbsp is?") one must recognize that delving into the realm of cookery is not something that she does for just anyone. The experiential learning was quite successful. She did very well, needing only minimal supervision. Who knows what she may attempt next.
