American Idol Concert

The American Idol concert proved to be a laugh a minute event. We traveled to the concert in an old school van with a lack of air conditioner, making us sweat bullets.
Parking was a challenge and we arrived slightly late. My boss tried to persuade various parking attendents to let us into their lots, promising various things to no avail.

Though paling in comparison to Dave Matthews, the concert was for the most part a musical feast for the ears. A wide variety of songs were presented in which we could sing with and some could dance to. A major highlight included watching my boss bust a move to "Crazy in Love" sung by Paris.

After the concert we sampled new Mint Chocolate Chip Poptarts, which were given a higher than moderate rating, though I wouldn't rush out to buy them.

Due to the high traffic and inability to procede out of the parking garage, we decided to go to the Marriot to cool our parched throats. While there, my boss deemed me her pupil and demonstrated her ability to pick up guys in bars, utilizing the line "Are you waiting for someone?". Suprisingly enough, her techniques were effective in getting the man to sit down and talk with us. Notes were taken for future reference.

The experience was quite enjoyable and we all can't wait for next year.
