Saturday Entertainment

Becky, Denita, and I attended Chocolate Lovers' Day in fabulous downtown Morgantown. If you are only in it for the chocolate, you might do well to go to just go to Wal-Mart ; however, the adventurous scavenger hunt this day provides is well worth the price. On this beautiful day after much somewhat gloomy weather, people peppered the streets. As a result, some places ran out of chocolate. However, the real fun came in collecting pink (1 point) and blue slips (5 points) of paper given by each business in order to enter to enter to win a trip to Hershey Park (I'm still a sucker for the prize drawings despite our YAC egg debacle, the fun is in the effort). The promise of numerable rides through the Hershey chocolate factory with a candy bar at the end drove me to get 50 points in order to enter the contest. We were able to sample brownies, chocolate covered espresso beans (for those that were into that), many hershseys kisses, chocolate covered pretzels, and my personal favorite, chocolate ice cream from Carvel.
As if I wasn't already jealous enough that they live by Frank, my jealousy was magnified by the discovery that Jess, Kayla, and Heather now live DIRECTLY next to Sid from Toy Story. Above are his window decorations. Apparently, he is quite the havoc reaker in the apartment complex. LUCKIES!

HA! Lori you should be jealous. Sid's parents are awesome too. Seldom a day goes by that I don't hear his dear mother belting out beautiful messages of love to him and the entire Chestnut Hill community. On some occasions, these messages are particularly heart-felt.

PS: Yesterday I was loading up my car and he just kept riding past. Then I saw why. Sid was out leaving skid marks all over our black top that we are so fortunate to have.
